This course will focus on the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing and will allow you to develop your understanding of emotional intelligence. This course will allow you to delve a little deeper into your own thoughts and teach you how to calm an overactive mind. Having the knowledge and skills to support your own mental health, as well as those around you, is an incredibly useful tool.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn positive steps towards nurturing mental health and wellbeing. 
  • Understand emotional intelligence and how you can learn to be intelligent about your own and others’ emotions. 
  • Embrace curiosity, relax, and unwind as you learn how to calm an active mind. 
  • Explore and participate in activities to practice at home and with the children in your setting.
