Sam Jones - Recruitment and Onboarding Manager

Sam joined Acorn in 2025 with over 18 years of recruitment and management experience, working across education, medical, and IT sectors. She began her career in medical recruitment and quickly developed a passion for building strong relationships and matching people to the right roles.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys travelling, live music, and following boxing and Formula One. She’s also a busy mum to two lively daughters.
