Our key social impact outcome is to enable children to fulfil their potential by ensuring that they are supported in the critical period of their early years to be happy, emotionally secure, confident and eager to learn. They develop healthy lifestyles through healthy eating and physical activity, and benefit from a rich and accessible learning environment. Children form trusting, respectful and caring relationships with their key person, other children and adults in the setting. This is achieved through partnerships with families, a professionalised workforce, community embeddedness and engagement with nature.
