What is the Eco-Schools Green Flag?

The Eco-Schools Green Flag is a prestigious international award celebrating sustainability in education. Schools and nurseries earn it by following a structured seven-step framework that includes forming an Eco-Committee, developing an action plan, and linking sustainability to learning.

To receive a Distinction, settings must go above and beyond.Showing strong leadership from children, deep community engagement, and lasting environmental impact.

Why This Matters
