Our private site is an amazing and large outdoor space with restroom facilities, located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The site contains a large open space where the forest school team personally planted 450 trees back in the spring of 2020, including our very own orchard! With plenty of space to run through the long grass, it provides vast opportunities for exploration, teamwork and imaginative play.
The diverse environment is habitat to many wildlife and minibeasts where children can develop their knowledge of fauna through activities such as bug hunting and tracking.
The parameter of native trees includes many great den making opportunities and flora identification, not to forget the abundance of blackberries growing during the summer!
In addition, we are fortunate to have our very own forest area, which is perfect for ‘hide and seek’ style games, den making, rope swings and tree climbing.
Our wooden shelters have been highly rated by the children of the summer holiday club and have provided very useful refuge from the elements!
